La Asamblea de Fundar, Centro de Análisis e Investigación, tiene el agrado de anunciar que Haydeé Pérez Garrido ha sido seleccionada como nueva Directora Ejecutiva de Fundar.
Haydeé cuenta con una destacada trayectoria y liderazgo en Fundar. Se integró al equipo en 2007 y desde el 2010 a la fecha ocupó el cargo de Coordinadora del Área de Transparencia y Rendición de Cuentas.
Durante el proceso de selección destacó su capacidad de análisis político y su visión para el futuro de Fundar, especialmente ante la compleja coyuntura que el país atraviesa. También, sobresalió su capacidad de liderazgo, incidencia, representación y comunicación, además de su extensa experiencia en temas y herramientas de la organización; así como su notable pasión por nuestra misión.
Estamos seguros que tendrá una excelente gestión al frente de la institución, que permita maximizar la contribución de Fundar a un México más justo y participativo, con democracia sustantiva en pleno respeto por los derechos humanos que todos anhelamos.
Felicitamos y agradecemos a todo el equipo de Fundar por su participación, profesionalismo y madurez a lo largo de este proceso de transición. Y por supuesto, agradecemos profundamente a Miguel Pulido por todo su esfuerzo y dedicación durante sus años de trabajo en Fundar y en la Dirección Ejecutiva; sin duda su legado es una organización sólida en todos los distintos planos.
Haydeé asumirá la Dirección Ejecutiva a partir de enero del 2015. En definitiva, cuenta con todo nuestro apoyo para su gestión y le deseamos lo mejor en esta nueva etapa.

The assembly of Fundar, Center for Analysis and Research is pleased to announce that Haydeé Pérez Garrido has been selected as the new Executive Director of the organization.
Haydeé has an outstanding track record and proven leadership as member of Fundar’s team. She joined Fundar in 2007 and since 2010 she has worked as the coordinator of the Transparency and Accountability Area. During the selection process, Haydeé stood out for her political analysis capacity as well as for her vision for Fundar’s future, especially considering the complex situation that the country is currently experiencing. She was also distinguished for her leadership and for her advocacy and communication skills, as well as for her expertise in the organization´s work fields and her notorious passion for our mission.
We are sure she will do an excellent job as head of the institution that will maximize Fundar´s contribution to a just and participative society and the consolidation of a substantive democracy with full respect for human rights.
We congratulate and acknowledge Fundar´s team for their participation and professionalism through the transition process. We deeply thank Miguel Pulido for all his efforts and dedication during his years in Fundar, as a researcher and especially for his achievements in the Executive Direction. He certainly leaves a legacy of a solid and strong institution at all levels.
Haydeé will assume the Executive Direction from January 2015. She has our full and explicit confidence and support in managing the institution; we wish her the best in this new stage.
